Lechelle L Ramirez was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, and she is currently proudly raising a family in the state of Florida as well.  She is the daughter of Minister Cleophas M. Gladden and Earnestine L. Gladden-Fountain. Lechelle Ramirez has seven sisters and six brothers. She was raised mainly by her mother until the age of thirteen. She endured domestic violence, child abuse, and sexual abuse at an early age, and she lived in the project until the age of eighteen. She loves helping people by telling my testimony of how Jesus saved her life and leading others to Christ by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Having gone through many trials and tribulations, she now put Him first in her life. She is a mother of three children whom she loves dearly. Lechelle L. Ramirez is the Co-Chief Executive at Best Financial Services &    Associates Inc., the owner, and founder of Lechelle Ramirez Bookkeeping, and the Chief Executive at Becoming Unapologetically You Inc. and A Voice For The Voiceless Inc., in Escambia County, Florida.           Launching her first book club on May 7th, 2022, called B.U.Y.I: Let's Inspire Women's Book Club. Lechelle has always wanted to be a part of a book club and is honored she can help other women come together to create sisterhood and inspire one another. She also has a motivational group on Facebook called Encouragement, God, Motivation, and a book publishing company called B.U.Y.I: Publishing Inc.             Lady Ramirez has her bachelor’s in business administration from Ashworth College and graduated Magna cum laude, and is a part of the Delta Epsilon Tau Honor Society. She has an associate degree in biblical studies from AMES  International School of Ministry and a bachelor's in Pastoral Leadership from AMES Christian University. 

     Mrs. Ramirez received ordination as an Elder and Prophetess from the Living Water Gospel Ministry Inc. She has been ordained as Co-Pastor and has a license to preach the Gospel of Grace from Living Like Jesus Now Ministry Inc. She is a certified Life and Divorce Coach, a Motivational Speaker, and holds membership with the IAPO Association. Lechelle L Ramirez is the author of Getting To Know Yourself For Yourself, Becoming Unapologetically, Me and Becoming Unapologetically You, 31 Days of   Daily Inspiration. Her book Becoming Unapologetically, Me tells the story from birth until her current age. She shares her life's mishaps, choices, consequences, and her salvation in Jesus Christ. She holds back no details of her life failures, and she gives God the glory for victory over every detail in her life.

          Her favorite Bible scriptures are 1 Chronicle 16:23-35, Psalm 118:24, and Romans chapter 8. Her passion is ministering in dance, whether with flags, scarves, a Mattah staff, banners, or whatever other way the Lord allows her to express herself freely unto Him. Psalms 34:1 says, "I will bless the Lord at all times: His praise shall continually be in my mouth." Teaching is another favorite she has a passion for. While she doesn't claim to know everything, she will study and teach what she knows. If she doesn't know the answer, you will hear her say, “I don't know the answer to that, but let me get back to you." is my response."

         This Woman of God had to embrace the process of being washed, pressed, crushed, removed from comforting places, and familiar places so that she could grow, so that she could be delivered and set free. All while learning to trust in that which her eyes couldn't see. Her own sight let her down time and time again, so she gave God a try. She had lost everything and had nothing else to lose. Giving God a try wouldn’t change any of her life choices, circumstances, or situations as quickly as she had hoped.   But they would help make and mold her into the Woman of God that she is today.  She thanks her Lord, God, for allowing her to rise from the ashes, to be His daughter, for she is no longer an orphan.

              Lechelle L Ramirez learned to stop looking at others as if they don't have flaws because we all do. We've all been through something or going through something. God sees each of us the same, and we all need saving. God will allow things to happen to build character, strength, and value, and produce glory for His name's sake. You're blessed in and through the process. Forget when people tell you God does things a certain way, they don't know what God they will only have a perception based on experience or based on what they've heard and learned. God will do what He wants when He wants, and how He wants, and no one can stop Him!

         He will use whomever He wants and those that will allow Him to use them. I encourage you to yield your life and time unto Abba, Father. That's the best thing that anyone can ever do in one's entire life, and   she is happy that she did. Lechelle L Ramirez, thank you so much for being so supportive; it’s genuinely appreciated.
